Congratulations, Your Excellency !
Just hours ago, Archbishop Gregory Aymond, formerly of Austin and soon to be of New Orleans, was given the Pallium by His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI.
The man who confirmed me and admitted me to the program of priestly formation. A fine man and an honest and true shepherd. He will be sorely missed. (The title above is a link to the story)
And somewhere in this crowd is Father Michael J. Sis, Vocations Director for the Diocese of Austin !
